SUMMER CAMP REFUND POLICY
Registration Grace Period: If you submit a registration in error and need to cancel, please send an email to camps@princeton.edu within 48 hours from the time of registration. A full refund will be granted as long as the written explanation has been received within the 48 hour time frame.
Camp Transfers: If space is available, campers may transfer to another Princeton University Sports Camp during the same summer season without penalty. Please email all requests to camps@princeton.edu. Campers will be given a refund if they transfer to a camp of lesser value or they will be required to pay any balances obtained if they transfer to a camp of greater value. Please note, transfers for a specific camp or clinic will not be granted after the start date of that specific camp or clinic.
Camp Credits: Cancellations that occur at least 7 days before the start of camp will be eligible for a camp credit. Camp credits cannot be transferred to another family account. Only participants listed under the family account that has been awarded the credit will have access to the credit. All credits must be used during the same summer season and will expire at the conclusion of the final session of summer sports camp (of that year) if they have not been used.
Camp Refund Requests: All requests for refunds must be completed 14 days prior to the start of camp, online at www.princetonsportscamps.com/info/refund.htm. All monies paid with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee, per session enrolled, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be provided less than 14 days prior to camp, for expulsion from camp, for voluntary withdrawal from camp, or for injuries sustained prior to or at camp.
Note: A processing fee will always be displayed in your shopping cart prior to your payment and the fee is non-refundable.
