The online registration system works best with Firefox and Chrome.
Due to high demand, many camps fill prior to the registration deadline and early registration is recommended. Once a camp reaches capacity or the registration deadline, we are unable to add additional campers. Walk-up registrations are not accepted for any camp or clinic.
In the event a camp does not reach capacity, the following registration deadlines apply:
Registration for camps and clinics will close 2 days prior to the camp/clinic start date.

ROWING: HOW TO STEER THE CHARLES RIVER RACECOURSE 1 | Virtual Clinic

ROWING: HOW TO STEER THE CHARLES RIVER RACECOURSE 2 | Virtual Clinic
Open to individuals entering grades 9-12 in September 2026

Start Time: Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 7:00pm
End Time: Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 8:30pm

Princeton Rowing will be hosting a virtual clinic on how to steer the Charles River racecourse, open to all high school aged coxswains. The clinic will be offered virtually on October 11th and October 14th. The clinic will provide attendees the opportunity to discuss the course, and ask questions on best practices of the race. Led by a current Princeton Associate Head Coach and former Division 1 Coxswain, Dave Burke has 10 years of experience as a coxswain on the Charles River and as a coach in Boston. This will be a great opportunity to discuss the course and prepare for one of the biggest Fall regattas in the World!
ROWING: COXSWAIN CLINIC 1 | Virtual Clinic

Princeton Rowing will be hosting a coxswain specific virtual clinic aimed at all high school aged coxswains. The clinic aims to empower coxswains with knowledge and information as they navigate their role as a coxswain on their team. Lead by a current Princeton Associate Head Coach and former Division 1 Coxswain, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss a variety of topics specific to coxswains, including but not limited to; steering, practice/race prep, navigating the coxswain to rower and coxswain to coach relationship, race day execution, and more! Question and answer period as well.
FACILITIES
All camps will be held on the Princeton University campus, one of the most beautiful and historic campuses in the world. Training sessions will be held at the Shea Rowing Center, home of the Princeton Tigers. The center includes moving water rowing tanks, a strength training room and an ergometer room. The facility is located on Carnegie Lake, a protected body of water, 3 miles long with a 4 lane buoyed race course.
Princeton University reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any camp or clinic because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the unfortunate case a camp or clinic is canceled, Princeton University will issue a full refund of the fees paid. Princeton University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses, including but not limited to; cancellation/change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, car services or travel agencies.
