Come join us at the Princeton Winter Speed Clinic, where high school athletes from all sports can develop their speed and power. This 3-week clinic, held twice a week for two hours, is designed to enhance performance on the field, court, track, pitch, etc. by focusing on speed development fundamentals, applicable to all sports.

Led by Princeton's nationally certified track and field coaching staff, assisted by NCAA All-American Division 1 student-athletes, this program offers cutting-edge training techniques that will help athletes improve their acceleration, max velocity, change-of-direction, technique, and plyometric abilities while building overall athleticism. Our goal is to equip athletes with the tools needed to improve their athletic performance long-term - not just during the clinic.

Sessions are held at Jadwin Gymnasium, featuring Princeton’s 200m indoor running track and straightaway. With a focus on movement quality, athletes will learn proper sprint mechanics and a variety of methods to develop speed and explosive power.

This is a great opportunity to train like a college athlete, using top-tier facilities and guidance from experienced coaches and high-achieving student-athletes.

Clinic Highlights:

  -  Speed Training for All Sports: Improve speed, acceleration, and change-of-direction abilities no matter your sport.
