Due to high demand, many camps fill prior to the registration deadline and early registration is recommended. Once a camp reaches capacity or the registration deadline, we are unable to add additional campers. Walk-up registrations are not accepted for any camp or clinic.
In the event a camp does not reach capacity, the following registration deadlines apply:
- Residential camps close 2 days prior to the camp.

The Princeton Wrestling Camp offers a unique design that allows wrestlers to learn high percentage techniques from some of the best college coaches in the country and apply those techniques in “college style” live wrestling situations. The basic design of the camp sessions will consist of two technique sessions in the morning and afternoon, and a live/competition session at night.
Unlike so many other camps that lack organization in what is taught at the camp, we will use a systematic approach to ensure that the high percentage technique that wins the big matches is covered.
We will work to cover the following:
- Neutral Offense
- Set-ups for single legs, hi-crotches and doubles
- Finishing single legs, hi-crotches and doubles in all positions
(on the mat and feet)
- High percentage throws
- Neutral Counter Offense
- Front head lock and double overhooks
- Single, hi-crotch, and double counter-offense
- Clearing Crabs and Legs
- Scoring when opponent: chops, spirals, or grabs ankle
- Explosive starts
- Legs and Crab Ride
- The Turk
Typical Daily Schedule - Subject to Change
