OVERNIGHT CAMP

Overnight Camper Fee: $615.00
Day Camper Fee: $525.00
Fee includes instruction, meals, room (overnight campers), t-shirt, lanyard, and water bottle.
Come prepared for a one week intensive training program. Our highly renowned staff coupled with Princeton's outstanding running facilities will provide both the beginner and experienced competitors with an excellent opportunity to develop both their conditioning and their running skills.
Special attention will be given to individual development in order to ensure maximum athletic progress. Everyone from fun run joggers to Olympic caliber racers can benefit from the teaching and coaching of our renowned staff.
Our five-day program will serve as an excellent preseason conditioner and motivational/instructional running clinic. In addition, our camp emphasizes team dynamics and stresses the philosophy that cross country is a "team sport". Several national high school champions have attended camp in recent years. Come learn from and run with the best.

Cross Country is a TEAM Sport! The Princeton Cross Country Camp is a great place to establish teammate bonds that will progress throughout the season. Discounts are given to groups of 5 or more campers from the same school or team who register together. To receive the group rate, please send an e-mail to camps@princeton.edu with the names and e-mail addresses of all team members. We will then send a unique code to each individual that can be used to register online.
Medications at camp - *New for 2013*
In accordance with N.J.A.C. 8:25-5.3(h), Princeton University will not administer medications of any type (prescription or over-the-counter) to camp participants of any age. Princeton University will not be held responsible for housing/storing medication(s). Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) and camp participants will be held responsible for administering and housing/storing medication(s) in a discrete place during camp.
We strongly recommend Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) of camp participants that have been prescribed medication(s) that are self-administered to treat potentially life-threatening conditions (ie. inhalers, EpiPen) meet with the Health Director during check-in to discuss their use.
FACILITIES
The camp will be held on the Princeton University campus, one of the most beautiful and historic campuses in the world. Campers will utilize numerous outdoor trails surrounding campus in addition to the William Weaver Track Stadium and our brand new state-of-the-art indoor track. Campers will reside in Princeton University dormitories and dine in one of the school's dining halls. All dormitories will have adult supervision with a minimum of a 10:1 camper to counselor ratio plus a Health Director.
**Camp dorms do not have air conditioning. We recommend you bring a fan with you to camp.**
Princeton University reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any camp or clinic because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the unfortunate case a camp or clinic is canceled, Princeton University will issue a full refund of the fees paid. Princeton University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses, including but not limited to; cancellation/change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, car services or travel agencies.
