PROGRAM CONTENT

FACILITIES
The camp will be held on the Princeton University campus, one of the most beautiful and historic campuses in the world. Sessions will be held in Denunzio Pool, Princeton's indoor, Olympic-sized swimming facility.

DAY CAMP - June 23-27 (Ages 9-18)
Day Camper (9:00am - 5:00pm) - $415.00
Fee includes instruction and a t-shirt.

The Princeton University Swimming Camp is designed to enhance the efficiency of swimmers from all levels including the occasional summer league and high school swimmer to the year round USS swimmer. Our goal is to increase the level of success for all campers by focusing on starts, turns and stroke efficiency. Each day will feature a video presentation to introduce new techniques and drill work before moving to the pool to apply these new skills. In addition, our staff will include a number of featured coaches who will provide lectures on various topics designed to improve your skills and knowledge of the sport. 9:00-9:15       Stretching
9:15-9:45       Stroke video instruction of the day
9:45-10:15     Core strength station
10:15-10:30   Change of stations - Energy snack
10:30-11:00    Technique station
11:00-11:15    Change of stations
11:15-11:45    Starts  Station
11:45-12:00    Change of stations
12:00-12:30    Stroke of the day
12:30-2:00     Lunch/rest (private video taping available during lunch)
2:00-2:30       Motivational tape/talk of the day
2:30-2:45       Stretching
2:45-3:15       Turn Station
3:15-3:30       Change of stations
3:30-4:00       Technique work
4:15-4:30       Change of stations
4:30-5:00       Core strength station/plyos
5:00              Parent pick-up

REQUIRED FORMS
Each participant is required to submit a Parental Release & Health Form at check-in. Mailed or faxed copies will not be accepted. If you are attending multiple camps, you must submit a copy at each check-in. These forms must be filled out in their entirety, including a physician's signature on the Health Form. A Sports Physical may be substituted for the Health Form provided it is dated within 12 months of the camp start date and has a physician's signature. Without these forms you will not be allowed to participate in camp.
