The Junior Program is designed to help beginner, intermediate, and advanced players improve significantly while enjoying a wonderful week at Princeton University. We hire the best coaches possible, utilize the latest scientific teaching techniques, and practice in one of the finest squash facilities in the country. We try to help each camper reach their goals by working on their technique, tactics, mental toughness, and physical fitness. Each six-day program offers an impressive four to one student to teacher ratio enabling a high degree of individual attention. Our program includes private lessons, videotape analysis, lectures on strategy and technique, supervised drilling, evening programs and extra help sessions upon request.
