The Princeton University Squash Camps are dedicated to helping your child reach his/her squash potential while gaining a lifetime appreciation for the game.

The Junior Program is directed towards developing both beginner and intermediate skilled players. We hire the best coaches possible, utilize the latest scientific teaching techniques and practice in one of the finest squash facilities in the country in order to help each and every camper succeed in reaching their individual goals. We focus on improving a player’s technique, tactics, mental toughness and physical fitness. Each six-day program offers an impressive four to one student-to-teacher ratio enabling a high degree of individual attention. Our program includes private lessons, videotape analysis, lectures on strategy and technique, supervised drilling, evening programs and extra help sessions upon request. Players are encouraged to enroll in more than one week.

The Elite Program is run along side our Junior Program. This camp is designed for the advanced player who is technically developed with extensive match experience. The Elite Program focuses on improving each athlete's technical and tactical skills through a high level of drilling, conditioning, match play and mental preparation. The training and competition is more rigorous than the Junior Program.
