PROGRAM CONTENT
July 20-25 - Sunday-Friday - Ages: 14-18
Day Camper (9:00am - 8:30pm) - $608.00
Overnight Camper - $706.00
Fee includes instruction, meals, room (overnight campers), hockey jersey, and lanyard.

The eleventh annual Princeton University Girls' Ice Hockey Camp is geared for elite players ages 14-18 whose aspiration is to play hockey at the collegiate level. This camp is extremely fast-paced, challenging and will feature 20 hours of ice time.

Morning sessions will focus on the fundamentals of power-skating. Players will learn proper body position, edge control, how to lengthen their stride, crossover forward and backward as well as backward thrust techniques.

Afternoon and evening sessions will consist of skill development and team play. Players will learn all aspects of team play and will develop skills through collegiate style practices.

  •    1:8 coach to camper ratio
  •    Fundamental offensive and defensive skills
  •    One-on-one instruction to full-scale games
  •    Specialized goalkeeping sessions

FACILITIES
The camp will be held on the Princeton University campus, one of the most beautiful and historic campuses in the world. Our facilities include the Hobey Baker Memorial Rink, one of the finest skating facilities in the nation. In addition, campers will utilize Dillon Gym as well as numerous grass fields surrounding Baker rink for dry land and cross-training sessions. Campers will reside in Princeton University dormitories and dine in one of the school's dining halls. All dormitories will have adult supervision. Roommate requests will be honored whenever possible, however, they are not guaranteed.

REQUIRED FORMS
Each participant is required to submit a Parental Release & Health Form at check-in. Mailed or faxed copies will not be accepted. If you are attending multiple camps, you must submit a copy at each check-in. These forms must be filled out in their entirety, including a physician's signature on the Health Form. A Sports Physical may be substituted for the Health Form provided it is dated within 12 months of the camp start date and has a physician's signature. Without these forms you will not be allowed to participate in camp.
