ELITE CAMP
June 15, 2008 - June 17, 2008 (Entering Grades: 10-12)
Overnight Camper: $365.00
Fee includes instruction, meals, room, Princeton University Basketball T-Shirt and lanyard.

The Princeton University Elite Basketball Camp places a strong emphasis on advanced offensive and defensive skills as well as overall skill improvement. At Princeton, we believe that the development of individual skills is imperative to team success. The camp curriculum will combine small station drills, daily team practices and full-court games with group lectures designed to advance the players' understanding of game concepts and team play. Players will be challenged to reach their highest potential by an outstanding staff featuring the Princeton University Men's Basketball coaches and players who are committed to helping each and every camper reach a new level of play.

In addition to the invaluable instruction, our camp will provide you with the opportunity to spend several days on our campus getting to know the Princeton University coaching staff and current players. 

OVERNIGHT & DAY CAMPS
Day Camp - June 30, 2008 - July 3, 2008 (Grades 2-9)
Day Camper (8:30am-4:00pm) - $410.00
Fee includes instruction and a Princeton Basketball T-Shirt.

Overnight Camp - August 3, 2008 - August 6, 2008 (Grades 3-12)
Day Camper (8:30am-8:30pm) - $410.00
Overnight Camper  (Must be 10 years of age)- $525.00
Fee includes instruction, meals, room (overnight campers), Princeton Basketball T-Shirt and Lanyard.

- Daily one-on-one, three-on-three and free-throw competitions

The primary emphasis of the Princeton University Basketball Camps is to develop fundamental basketball skills while  emphasizing the fun of the game. The camp curriculum is a combination of small station drills, daily team practices, full-court games and group lectures designed to advance the players' understanding of game concepts and team play. All players will be challenged to reach their highest potential by an outstanding staff of high school and college coaches in addition to past and present players from the Princeton University Men's Basketball Team committed to helping every camper reach a new level of play.

Campers will be divided into teams by age and ability to elevate the level of competition. Each team is assigned a coach and will play two officiated, full-court games per day.  Campers will also compete in daily free throw, one-on-one and three-on-three contests. Awards are given to winning team members in each division as well as to individual contest winners and outstanding campers. The coaching staff will also be available for additional individual assistance at designated times.

Typical Daily Schedule - Overnight Camps
7:30am - Breakfast
8:30am - Individual Drill Work
11:30am - Lunch/Free Time
1:00pm - Team Practice/Competitions/Games
5:00pm - Dinner/Free Time
6:00pm - Games and Skill Competitions
8:30pm - Free Time
10:00pm - Dormitory Check
10:30pm - Lights Out

FACILITIES
All camps will be held on the Princeton University campus, one of the most beautiful and historic campuses in the world. Campers will utilize the University's two gymnasiums, Dillon and Jadwin Gyms, featuring eight full basketball courts.  Campers will reside in Princeton University dormitories and dine in one of the school's dining halls. All dormitories will have adult supervision. Roommate requests will be honored whenever possible, however, they are not guaranteed.

REQUIRED FORMS
Each participant is required to submit a Parental Release & Health Form at check-in. Mailed or faxed copies will not be accepted. If you are attending multiple camps, you must submit a copy at each check-in. These forms must be filled out in their entirety, including a physician's signature on the Health Form. A Sports Physical may be substituted for the Health Form provided it is dated within 12 months of the camp start date and has a physician's signature. Without these forms you will not be allowed to participate in camp.
