2010 WATER POLO CAMPS

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
All camps close for registration at 10:00am two days prior to their start or when the camp sells out, whichever comes first. After this time we are unable to enroll any participants into camp regardless of circumstance. To see how many spaces are remaining in a camp please click the register now button at the bottom of this page. To see the specific date a camp registration will close, please see the chart at the bottom of this page.

WAITING LIST
We do not have a waiting list for any of our camps. As individuals withdraw from camp, their space will automatically be made available online up to two days prior to the start of camp. Individuals interested in enrolling in a sold out camp should check the register now link periodically to see if spaces are available.

FACILITIES

The camp will be held on the Princeton University campus, one of the most beautiful and historic campuses in the world. Sessions will be held in Denunzio Pool, Princeton's indoor, Olympic-sized swimming facility. A second pool in Dillon Gym will also be available. Campers will reside in Princeton University dormitories and dine in one of the school's dining halls. All dormitories will have adult  supervision.

REQUIRED FORMS
Each participant is required to submit a Parental Release & Health Form at check-in. Mailed or faxed copies will not be accepted. If you are attending multiple camps, you must submit a copy at each check-in. These forms must be filled out in their entirety, including a physician's signature on the Health Form. A Sports Physical may be substituted for the Health Form provided it is dated within 12 months of the camp start date and has a physician's signature. Without these forms you will not be allowed to participate in camp.

A link to these forms can be found at the bottom of this page.

REFUND POLICY
All requests for refunds must be made online at www.princetonsportscamps.com/Refund_Policy/Refund_Request.htm. All monies paid with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee, per session enrolled, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received 3 days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be provided less than 3 days prior to camp, for expulsion from camp, for voluntary withdrawal from camp, or for injuries sustained prior to camp or at camp. We are also unable to issue a credit for any future camps.

HOUSING POLICY
Each participant is permitted to request 1 roommate. Roommates need to request each other in order to be paired. Please make sure your requested roommate has also requested you. While we do everything we can to accommodate this one request, we do not guarantee roommate requests or guarantee that entire teams or campers from the same school will be housed in the same building or on the same floor.
