FACILITIES

The camp will be held on the Princeton University campus, one of the most beautiful and historic campuses in the world. Our facilities include the Hobey Baker Memorial Rink, one of the finest skating facilities in the nation. In addition, campers will utilize Dillon Gym as well as numerous grass fields surrounding Baker rink for dry land and cross-training sessions. Campers will reside in Princeton University dormitories and dine in one of the school's dining halls. All dormitories will have adult supervision.

REQUIRED FORMS
Each participant is required to submit a Parental Release & Health Form at check-in. Mailed or faxed copies will not be accepted. If you are attending multiple camps, you must submit a copy at each check-in. These forms must be filled out in their entirety, including a physician's signature on the Health Form. A Sports Physical may be substituted for the Health Form provided it is dated within 12 months of the camp start date and has a physician's signature. Without these forms you will not be allowed to participate in camp.

A link to these forms can be found at the bottom of this page.
